Consent to the Collection and Use of Personal Information for the HDL Quality Test
RAYDEL KOREA Co., Ltd. (“the Company”) complies with all relevant data protection laws, including the Personal Information Protection Act and the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection. All personal information collected will be used solely for the stated service. The information will be promptly deleted upon the user’s request.

- The collected personal information will be used solely for the HDL Quality Test.
- In principle, personal data will be retained for up to three months and then deleted once the purpose of collection is fulfilled, in accordance with internal policies and relevant laws.
- A user may choose not to consent to the collection and use of required information; however, refusal to consent may result in restricted access to the service.

The company collects and uses the user’s personal information as follows:- Collected items: Name, gender, date of birth, phone number, partial address, email, current medications, exercise frequency, alcohol consumption, smoking status, and other relevant data.- Purpose of use: To perform and analyze the HDL Quality Test- Retention period: Up to three months after the completion of the HDL Quality Test report
※ In accordance with the Personal Information Protection Act, the user may refuse to consent to the collection and use of personal information. However, in such cases, the HDL Quality Test cannot be conducted.
※ All personal information provided by the user will be securely stored in accordance with the Company’s privacy policy and will not be disclosed to or shared with any third parties, except for the purpose of conducting the HDL Quality Test and generating the report.
